Live games at City of Dreams Manila: dealt in front of you
What "live" means on a physical floor reported at 289 tables — the games, the areas and the limits.
Play online →At a physical resort, every table game is a live game. Cards are dealt and the wheel is spun in front of you by a dealer, cameras cover the layout, and a floor supervisor watches the pit — there is no stream, no latency and no software client. City of Dreams Manila was reported at launch with 289 gaming tables, 1,620 slot machines and 176 electronic table games, running around the clock. What the floor does not offer is an online version of itself: no online casino under the City of Dreams name appears in the PAGCOR brand registers published on 4 December 2025 and 16 July 2026.
The live floor, area by area
- On a land-based floor "live" is the default: a dealer settles every round in front of the players, with no stream and no software between you and the cards.
- Figures reported when the resort opened put the floor at 289 gaming tables, 1,620 slot machines and 176 electronic table games.
- Baccarat dominates Philippine and wider Asian floors, with blackjack, roulette, poker variants and sic bo filling out the table mix.
- Electronic table games sit between the two worlds: a screen-based terminal playing a table game at a faster pace and usually a lower minimum.
- Minimum and maximum stakes are posted at each table and differ sharply between the main floor and premium areas — read the sign before you sit.
- Premium and host services at integrated resorts are arranged in person; the floor supervisor is the person to ask about what is running during your visit.
- The floor is open around the clock, but the table mix is not: quieter shifts run fewer tables, so a specific game may not be dealt at 05:00.
- None of this is a sports betting page — this section is about the resort's own live gaming areas.
Live table games and their character

| Sic bo | Dice game with very different edges depending on the bet |
| Poker variants | House-banked versions dealt at the table, not tournaments |

House edge, in plain numbers
Every casino game keeps a mathematical edge for the house. The figures below are general references for the games themselves, not data about any particular table in Parañaque — they exist so an evening can be budgeted honestly.
| Baccarat, banker side | Around 1.06% under standard commission rules |
|---|---|
| Baccarat, player side | Around 1.24% |
| Blackjack | Roughly 0.5% to 2%, depending on the table's rules and on accurate play |
| European roulette, single zero | Around 2.70% |
| Double-zero roulette | Around 5.26% — check the wheel before you sit |
| Sic bo | From about 2.8% to well over 20%, depending entirely on the bet |
| Slot machines | Return to player typically in the 90-96% band |
General reference figures for the games, not a statement about a specific table. The edge is what the house keeps over time — stake only what you can afford to lose.
The resort's live tables exist only in Parañaque. Playing online is a separate decision with a different operator — check who runs it and what the PAGCOR lists on pagcor.ph say before you start.
