- Entry costs nothing and the floor never shuts, so nothing has to be booked, reserved or timed — a visit at 03:00 is handled the same way as one at 19:00.

The door, in the order it happens
Arriving at Asean Avenue corner Roxas Boulevard, the sequence is short. Vehicles are waved through to the porte-cochère, bags go through a screening point — standard across the Entertainment City resorts since the strip opened — and the gaming floor entrance is the next control. There, and only there, someone looks at your date of birth. Admission itself costs nothing and there is no ticket, wristband or booking.
The document has to be a valid government-issued photo ID: a passport, a driver's licence, a PhilSys card or a postal ID. A photograph of one on a phone screen is routinely refused, which is the single most common reason a first-time visitor gets turned back after a long drive across Metro Manila.
Beyond age, the admission rules PAGCOR publishes for its gaming premises exclude several groups outright: students of any school, college or university whatever their age; government employees together with a spouse, children or parents; and AFP and PNP personnel with their immediate relatives. Anyone enrolled in the self-exclusion programme is stopped at the same point. Each property may then apply a stricter policy of its own — the door is the venue's, not the regulator's.
